  • 4 medium ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • cup (40 g) finely chopped white onion

Method

Scoop the avocados into a bowl, discarding any browned areas. Using a fork, mash the avocado to your desired texture. Add the onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine. Season to taste with additional salt and lime juice if needed.
