Raw oysters in shot glasses topped with sangrita, the tomato-citrus chaser usually served with a shot of tequila, is a fun starter for any gathering, especially outside around the grill in summer. If you can find it, use white wine Worcestershire sauce.

In a medium bowl, stir the tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, sugar, and olive brine. Add a the Worcestershire and hot sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavors to marry.
