Octopus is a popular seafood all over the Iberian Peninsula, so you will often find it served at tapas bars. Here, it is braised until tender, then coated with a spicy green olive relish. Serve in small dishes or on crostini. Since baby octopus are used, they are small enough to be included whole. If using larger octopus, cut into bite-size pieces.
