This simple recipe has its roots in the flavorful cooking of Sardinia. Don’t be afraid of using all the anchovies, even if you don’t like anchovies! They add a deep umami richness, and you won’t even know they’re there. Feel free to add whatever else you have on hand, like drained capers, chopped olives, or drained and chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes.
