These are quite easy to make and have myriad uses beyond a crunchy snack to serve with drinks: Cut or crumble them over any raw or cooked fish, rice or noodle dishes, and soups, even softly scrambled eggs. Seaweed chips are widely available in food stores now but making your own is cheaper and lets you flavor them to your taste. The recipe here can be used for either dulse or nori seaweed. Like nori, dulse comes in many shapes from flakes to whole leaf. Be sure to use the whole leaf dulse.<
