Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500 g) watermelon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

Combine the watermelon, honey, and mint in a blender and puree. Add the yogurt and pulse a few times—briefly, or the smoothie will become too liquid.

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the cardamom.
