  • 1 bunch or about 16 stems green asparagus though ends removed
  • Juice & grated zest of ½

Method

Boil the asparagus in salted water for 3 mins, until al dente. Drain & rise immediately under cold water.

Grease a 9-inch (24-cm) tart pan with a removable bottom with a little butter.
