In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the coriander and cardamom in the oil. Let steep over low heat for 15 minutes. Let the oil cool, then pour it through a sieve into a bowl, then into a very clean, dry bottle. You can add some coriander seeds and cardamom pods to the bottle, as it looks so pretty and it allows the oil to steep some more.
