Yes, spring has sprung in fruit land. The clementines are running out or aren’t as tasty as before. Sometime around mid-March we’ll be eating the last ones, and that’ll be it until next October. In a couple of months the first strawberries will slowly begin to appear, but first we must quickly clean out our fruit bowl. With a clementine cake, of course, because Van Boven still had a bowl of them and her mother stopped by for dinner. (Psst! You can also make this cake with o
