  • About

Drizzle this simple, sweet sauce over rich desserts like cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, or Chocolate Honey Ganache Tart. Try it on pancakes, waffles, blintzes, or in lemonade too! You can use fresh raspberries in this recipe, but because the sauce is cooked down, save money and buy frozen ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag frozen raspberries, thawed
  • ½ cup honey

Method

Combine raspberries, any juice from the package, honey, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, crushing raspberries against side of pan and stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.

Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing with a spatula or back of a spoon; discard seeds. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
