The unusual name of this relish is an Argentine-Indian word. The relish is delicious with the grilled meats and beef dishes enjoyed in that land of grazing cattle. There restaurants specialize in churrasco, or barbecued meats, with customers choosing the cuts they want and eating their way through what we would consider a very greedy amount, all accompanied by fresh, tangy and spicy chimichurri.
