Beware! At first this salsa is all flavour, seducing you into a bigger mouthful than you intended, and then suddenly the heat manifests itself. It is one of the hottest salsas I have tangled with, and one of the most delicious. You may substitute Anaheim or other mild green chillies, or even sweet green peppers, for some of the hot jalapeños to tame it somewhat. For a scorching salsa, you could use only small very hot chillies.
