This Spanish soup wanders far from authenticity, with its simmering of dried red chillies and flash of cayenne. But don’t expect to break out in a sweat - just a warm glow.
I find this soup a graceful pick-me-up, as lively as it is comforting. Serve with chunks of very good crusty bread such as ciambatta, or good French bread, and follow by Arroz con Pollo.
