Camp California Chilli-Stuffed Ravioli with Goat-Cheese Sauce

This unusual ravioli is filled with spicy beef such as Estofado, or any meat braised in mild chilli sauce. The plump, stuffed noodles are then topped with a silken sauce of goat cheese that perfectly complements the deep richness and slight bite of the chillied filling.
