A deceptively plain-looking dish, but watch out when the flavour hits your mouth! The intense taste of cumin, garlic, hot pepper and coriander is brilliant paired with the delicate flesh of the fish.

Enjoy accompanied by a Salade Marocaine of raw vegetables and soft chewy flatbreads or crusty French bread. Good, too, paired with Black Bean Chili.
