Despite the simple ingredients and preparation, this dish of boned, sautéed chicken breasts topped with melted cheese and salsa is especially good. It’s somewhat like the classic Italian dish of pollo alla Bolognese, but with the zestiness of salsa replacing the salty tang of prosciutto.
