  • Recipe of ladyfingers
  • ¼ cup mashed praline (may be omitted)
  • Bavarois à la Crème

  1. Make ladyfingers from the Biscuit Roulé (. Make praline; cool and crush fine. Make Bavarois, but flavor with Grand Marnier. Add whipped cream from Bavarois recipe when starting to set. When ladyfingers are cool, turn about 12 upside down on a plate.
