I remember this dish from childhood summer vacations spent with my grandmother in Cesenatico, on the Adriatic coast. I can think of no better way to grill shrimp. The seasoned bread crumb coating makes them lightly crispy on the outside and moist and sweet inside.

  • 2 pounds large (16 to 20 count) shrimp
