These started out as olive oil–cocoa nib muffins that were good but not great. Slowly I began to work on them and tweak little things here and there, but they still just weren’t right. I was about to throw in the towel when I thought I would try adding just a little butter, who would know? Well, my love of butter runs deep. Real deep. So a little became a little more, until I could no longer justify calling them olive oil muffins. So here we have our rich Cocoa Nib Muffins. Please serve the
