This one-pan sausage and rice dish is my go-to on busy evenings. Easy to make, all in one pan and always a hit with the kids! You can use pork, chicken or veggie sausages.
Ingredients

8sausages
1onion, diced
Method
Put oil in a large frying pan or shallow casserole dish.
Cut each of the sausages into three (or smaller if you have young children) and add to the pan.
Cook for about 4 minutes until they are browned, turning regularly.
Add the onion, garlic and peppers and cook for another minute.
