This is the absolute easiest way to feel like you went to a chicken place and got everything. Except it’s less greasy but still remarkably every bit as good! The tofu is dredged and seasoned in everything delicious, then placed on a pile of cauliflower mashed potatoes, or Caulipots, and drowned in a white-bean gravy.
