Name: Tuna Salad Sandwich
Yield: fills 2 rounds (ie 4 slices of white or wholemeal sandwich loaf)
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Hellman’s mayonnaise; 7 oz tin good quality tuna in oil; 1 apple – peeled and cut into medium dice; 1 stick celery – stringed and finely chopped; salt and freshly ground black pepper; ½ teaspoon curry powder

Method

Mash all ingredients together and sandwich between unbuttered slices of bread. The filling should be very deep. To be eaten with egg salad sandwiches and potato crisps washed down by cans of coke.
