Small pizzas make a good light meal with salad. Quite a lot of the fun is in assembling your own toppings. Don’t feel bound by the usual formula of thick tomato sauce on the bottom, mozzarella on the top. Try the naked discs spread just with tapenade or Circassian Chicken before baking.
