  • 2 lb (910 g) petha (white pumpkin)

Method

Peel, wash and cut the petha (white pumpkin) into strips about ½″(1 cm) thick. Prick all over with a fork and cut into small rectangles, cubes or fancy-shaped designs. Shape the scrapings into small balls the size of a marble.
