Orange Squash

Orange squash is the most popular of the soft drinks, and is manufactured in bulk by several concerns. All the same, it is useful to be able to bottle a home-made squash and know its contents. The recipe given below is the one for which the writer was awarded Second Prize in the Housewives’/Amateurs Section, All-India Citrus Fruit Exhibition, 1956.
