Enjoy this twist on the classic Eggs Benedict by adding smoked salmon. We have this as a tradition for Christmas morning breakfast, keeping things quick and simple by using premade hollandaise sauce – though you could always make you own if you have the time.
Poach the eggs by carefully cracking them into a wide pan of simmering water. Meanwhile, split the English muffins in half, then toast, butter, and plate them. Gently warm the hollandaise sauce.
