Cassava, often called yuca, is a root vegetable native to South America and has a similar texture to sweet potato. The tubers can be dried and ground to make cassava flour, a fine powder that has a mild flavour and is great for baking gluten-free and nut-free sweet treats like cakes or muffins.

Method
