  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 30 minutes.

To make the glaze, combine the orange and lemon juice, vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and white pepper in a small saucepan.
