Method

Make the dough.
Make the topping: Season tomatoes with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat a 10″ skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook, breaking up meat into small pieces, until browned, 7–8 minutes; set aside.
Place a pizza stone in oven and heat to 425°F
