Pizza with Butternut Squash & Smoked Mozzarella

This sweet-smoky pizza is adapted from one made by Antonio Starita, owner of the renowned Pizzeria Starita in Naples. He once famously served his version of the pie to Pope John Paul II—hence its nickname, pizza del papa, or “the Pope’s pizza.”
