This recipe comes from the restaurant Da Paolino in Sorrento, a lovely town on the Amalfi coast. The area prides itself on its lemons, and in this classic pairing, both the fruit and its fragrant leaves are grilled with the meat. Look for lemon leaves at farmers’ markets.


  • 4 large skin-on, boneless chicken breasts (about 3 lb. total)
