Ingredients

  • 16 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for greasing
  • ¾ cup sifted cake flour, plus more for dusting

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9″× 5″ loaf pan with butter and dust with flour; set aside. Lightly whisk eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into another bowl and set aside.
  2. Crumble almond paste into the bowl of a stand m
