There is no faster way to cook artichokes than this, and the flavor combination is surprising (and especially delicious if you use All-Purpose Curry Powder). If you use baby artichokes, you won’t have to remove the choke.
These artichokes are perfect alongside Oven-Crisped Chicken with Fragrant Spices, or even simple roast chicken or steamed fish.
