These simple savoury cookies are normally kept at home in a jar, ready to be snacked on at any moment (Yotam’s dad tends to sneak into the kitchen in the middle of the night and devour a couple — without anyone noticing, of course). They aren’t very rich so will go well with a cheese dip or on their own with a glass of cold beer, arak on ice or black coffee. The dipping sauce given here is completely option
