  • 100 g/ oz/7 tbsp butter

  1. Melt the butter in a heavy-based frying pan over a medium heat until it sizzles. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  2. Add the herbs, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
