Bethany Kehdy

Bethany Kehdy is a Lebanese-American cook, presenter and author specialising in the cuisines of the Mediterranean, Middle East and North Africa. Hailed by star-chef Yotam Ottolenghi as “a new champion of Middle Eastern cuisine” her debut award-winning cookbook, The Jewelled Kitchen, was selected as one of the notable cookbooks of 2013 by The New York Times. Bethany is the founder of Taste Lebanon culinary tours, Food Blogger Connect conference and is a mentor on The Taste Arabia. Her second cookbook, The Jewelled Table, was published in 2018.
