Matchstick strips of ordinary vegetables are stir-fried and tossed with Roasted Sesame Seeds to provide you with a plate of crispy nibbles. Serve them as a snack with a beverage of your choice.
Place the potato strips in a colander and rinse with water. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a medium skillet, add the oil and place over medium heat. After 30 seconds add the potato, carrot and onion strips. Stir-fry the strips for about 2 minutes, or until they become tender.
Sprinkle on the salt, pepper and Roasted Sesame Seeds. Cook 2 minutes more, or until the strips are crisp
