Blanched asparagus spears are dressed with tomatoes, onions and peppers for a simple summer salad. Though this is not a traditional Korean salad, we found it to be a great accompaniment to any of the barbecued meats in this book or as part of a vegetarian meal with Brown and White Rice with Beans and Braised Tofu.
