You don’t have to go to a restaurant to enjoy tabletop Korean-style barbecue. Cooking and dining at the table makes this meal a leisurely activity. For tabletop barbecue we first cut the raw beef, against the grain, into thin slices, set them in the fruity marinade and then cook them on an electric grill.
