  • About

Tomatoes are technically fruits and in Korea they are eaten for dessert. The only other ingredient is honey. Watch the look of surprise on your guests’ faces when serving this dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method

On a cutting board, cut the tomatoes into 1-inch (2.5-cm) thick slices. Arrange the slices on four individual plates.

Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of honey over each serving of tomato slices.
