Chunks of bright orange mango, crunchy apples, rounds of kiwi and sweet pears are tossed in a spicy mustard dressing full of buttery pine nuts. The end result a colorful mixture of sweet fruit and heat Substitute any fresh fruit you have on hand.
Combine the cut-up fruit in a large serving bowl. Add the Pine Nut Mustard Dressing and toss well. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
