This simple soy dipping sauce is traditionally served with dumplings, pancakes or fritters.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce, preferably low sodium
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar or cider vinegar

Method

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and vinegar together. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for 1 month.
