Salty and crunchy, this is a fantastic banchan or anju, the Korean term for food you consume while you’re drinking alcohol. (Just put these crisp shards out with roasted, salted nuts.) Bugak is also the perfect partner to Yukhwe, the Korean steak tartare. Be sure to fry these at a slightly higher temperature than usual.
