You might be surprised to find that this is a crowd-pleaser of a banchan! Even kids love these sweet, salty, crispy little fish. (And for adults, it makes a great anju, or drinking snack.) You can also try adding dried goji berries, sunflower seeds, and other goodies to make an addictive Korean trail mix. (If you go hiking with Chef Michael Stokes of Insa, he just might have a bag of these to share with you.)
