This isn’t difficult to make, but it does require the patience to cook the bones in several changes of boiling water, coaxing out ever more milky, flavorful goodness from the marrow in the bones each time. If you boil the bones at a medium boil, rather than a simmer, the broth will come out so much thicker and creamier—the results are beyond restorative.
