There’s nothing fancy here. If you get your hands on some all-natural, free-range chicken and you want the natural flavor of the high-quality meat to shine through, this simple seasoning is a good choice. It adds a nice accent but doesn’t compete with the bird.

Ingredients

  • Grated zest of 6 lemons (36 g), dried and finely ground
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them thoroughly.
  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
