This is a holiday preparation in Carnia. It is tasty as a dessert, but really works better as a small plate in the early part of a festive meal. For instructions on making gnocchetti.
Make the gnocchetti and set aside. Set a large pot of cold water to boil.
Combine the ricotta, chocolate curls, sultana raisins, and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside in a cool place.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Do not let it burn.
