  • About

Gnocchi di Susine is a classic regional dish that one can never eat enough of. It is seasonal, made only when small plums (usually called Italian, Hungarian, or prune plums) are available. You may substitute fresh apricots for plums when they are in season, and there are other fruit fillings that appear at other times of the year. The traditional way to sauce these gnocchi is by dusting them with cinnamon and sugar and then topping them with melted butter
