Lemon Vinaigrette


  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper


Blend all the ingredients together with a fork. Chopped herbs such as parsley and chives can be added to this dressing, which is very good on prawns, crab or monkfish and also on cold vegetables or on a green salad.
