  • 115 g/4 oz grated fresh horseradish
  • 115 g/4 oz fresh breadcrumbs, soaked in milk and squeezed dry
  • pinch of salt and a little sugar
  • 300 ml/½ pt single cream
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar


    Combine all the ingredients.

    To serve with bollito misto.
